Big City Experience, Small town service
Big City Experience, Small town service
After 10 years working for large Bankruptcy firms, Anita Gloyeski realized that there was a shortage of time and consideration given to "regular people" because there were so many clients. When you come in for a visit, we are going to discuss what a bankruptcy will mean for you in the short and long term.
Knowledge
Bankruptcy laws are complicated. Social Security laws are too. We focus on Bankruptcy and Social Security Disability. Because of that, our goal is to be not only affordable, but also provide compassionate services.
Options
Sometimes Bankruptcy isn't the best course. When you come in to see our attorneys, we will give you options to filing a bankruptcy if there are any. We will also tell you how to rebuild your credit and the effect a bankruptcy will have on you in particular.
Attorneys
Owner and attorney Anita Gloyeski greets you in the several of the offices. Anita was a paralegal for 2 years in bankruptcy before practicing bankruptcy as an attorney since 2002. She was the Supervising Attorney for Indiana at one of the largest Bankruptcy firms in the Midwest for years. Anita received her Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University and her Undergraduate degree from Manchester College in Psychology and Business with English and Art minors. Anita has supervised or filed over 8,000 Bankruptcy cases. Before becoming an attorney, she worked in long term care as a Social Services Director and with Adults with Mental Retardation. She enjoys creating pottery and teaches part time. Anita has presented at several Continuing Legal Education seminars and is a member of the American Bar Association (ABI), the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (NACTT).
