“Big City Experience, Small Town Service”

Our response to the Corona Virus:
We know these are troubling times.   If you cannot make it to one of our offices to discuss your bankruptcy options, we are able to do appointments by telephone and skype.   We are however, still in each office as scheduled and are able to accept new appointments.  Stay safe, folks!

You have a lot of choices when you file Bankruptcy and Social Security Disability in Indiana. Why should you choose Gloyeski Law Office?

Personal Service

Every person filing bankruptcy has to answer questions about assets (stuff you own) debts (companies or people you owe) and your financial situation. When you meet with us, we will help you understand the process. If there is something you don't understand, you can always drop in, call, email or fax us. Our goal is to help guide you through the process.

We believe in personal service.  We will assist you with the paperwork.   Further. as one of our clients, we always attempt to assist you in getting your free credit report.  We also encourage you to run your free credit report about one year after your bankruptcy is complete to assure that information is being reported correctly

Our Bankruptcy fees are fair.  All cases are different, but we will make sure that you understand the fees. We will accept the payment that is convenient and affordable for you.  If there is anything we want you to remember at our office it is that we are flexible.  For Social Security, we assist you on a contingency basis- meaning that if you don't win, we get nothing and the fees you pay us are from your Social Security back pay.

Office hours

We have convenient day, evening and weekend appointments. We  are not too busy to help you.  Plan for about a half hour to an hour in our office on your initial consultation.   Call today to schedule a confidential appointment to meet with one of our Indiana Bankruptcy and Social Security Attorneys!
